ONE Atomweight Muay Thai World Champion Allycia Hellen Rodrigues is originally from Fortaleza, in Brazil’s northeastern state of Ceara. She began her professional Muay Thai career as a teenager, becoming the champion at Sao Paulo’s Portuarios Stadium while going undefeated throughout 2017.
Rodrigues then relocated to Thailand to perfect her craft in the homeland of Muay Thai, where she cultivated a traditional Thai style of Muay Thai with a potent right roundhouse kick and sharp elbow strikes. She went on to compile a solid 30-5 record between Brazil and Thailand, defeating 12-time WMPF Champion Thananchanok Kaewsamrit to win the Ayutthaya “Pink Belt” Title in March 2019 along the way.
Her exploits drew the attention of ONE Championship, where she jumped directly into the deep end by challenging Stamp Fairtex for the ONE Super Series Atomweight Muay Thai World Championship in her promotional debut. Rodrigues made the golden opportunity count, as she put on the performance of a lifetime to dethrone Stamp and claim the World Title she had always dreamed of.
After claiming the gold, Rodrigues took an extended hiatus surrounding the birth of her first child. She then returned in March 2023 and defeated interim titleholder Janet Todd to unify the divisional belts and become the undisputed ONE Women’s Atomweight Muay Thai World Champion.
On September 29, the Brazilian will move up in weight and challenge Smilla Sundell for the ONE Women’s Strawweight Muay Thai World Title at ONE Fight Night 14 on Prime Video as she aims to become a two-division World Champion and etch her name in the history books.
